The CRCM's Integrative Bioinformatics
The CRCM's Integrative BioInformatics (Cibi) is a technological platform of the Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Marseille, located on the campus of the Institut Paoli-Calmettes, the Provence Regional Cancer Center.
The Cibi platform offers a wide range of expertise in Bioinformatics (large scale genomics data integration, development of specific analysis) and Scientific information management (development of information management systems) and develops state-of-the art bioinformatics pipelines.

Briefly, we are proposing the following:
- Access to a 100+ cores Linux cluster and servers
- Bioinformatics data integration and analysis
- Scripts and pipeline development (Perl, R, PHP, bash ...)
- Projects collaboration
We would also underline that we are welcoming applications for Master and engineering school internships, as well as applications for bioinformatics engineers and postdocs positions.
